Guaranteed Electrical Maintenance: Our TEGG Service contractors will maintain and guarantee your electrical distribution system. If a component fails, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

TEGG Service is a unique and proven program of electrical distribution system services that are offered exclusively from select TEGG Service Contractors, like Knights' Electric, throughout North America. As a TEGG Service Contractor, Knights’ Electric can provide our customers with TEGG Services and service contracts to protect electrical power service systems from costly electrical failures and downtime by monitoring and maintaining power quality throughout their facility.

    We promise that we will always check in and check out with you and will always provide you with a detailed TEGG Service report.
  2. Certified TEGG Electricians/Technicians
    We promise that uniformed, Certified TEGG Technicians and/or Certified TEGG Electricians (as appropriate) perform TEGG Services as provided in your agreement.
  3. Single Point Responsibility
    We promise to assign a Lead Certified TEGG Electrician/Technician to have primary responsibility for the work to be performed. As appropriate, other personnel will also become familiar with your facility to assure that trained backup is available.
  4. Business As Usual
    We promise to coordinate all work with your staff to assure safety and minimal disruption of your operations.
  5. Standards of Professional Performance
    We promise to fulfill all commitments made to you in a professional, timely manner, in compliance with both the applicable electric code and TEGG Corporation's Standards of Performance.
  6. State of The Art
    We promise to use leading edge technology and procedures and train our staff to use the latest cost-effective techniques and practices.
  7. Certification of Services
    We promise to provide you with written certification of all services performed by us for you to provide to your insurance, inspection, or accrediting representative(s).
  8. Electrical Systems Analysis
    We promise to discuss any immediate safety or hazard situation with you while we are on-site. As appropriate, we will compile the results of all predictive and proactive service activities regarding the condition of your electrical devices and/or components and present to you a TEGG Service Electrical Systems Analysis Report. These recommendations may include replacements, repairs, or solutions that will improve your electrical system efficiency, reduce your electrical utility costs, improve your safety conditions and minimize your risk of downtime.
  9. Priority Emergency Service
    We promise to do our part to prevent emergency electrical outages and business interruptions. Should the need ever arise for emergency electrical service, you will be provided Priority Emergency Response, including special protocols on how to reach us on a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week basis.
  10. CARE Interviews
    We promise to seek your ongoing critique through our exclusive TEGG Service Customer Assurance Review and Evaluation (CARE) interviews to assure your satisfaction and to continually improve our services.
