Liz has just returned from TEGG Headquarters in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania where she along with Michael Ragsdale
and Mike Saitone, Senior Sales Representative for Knights' Electric's TEGG Services attended TEGG training classes as part of the ongoing education provided
by TEGG headquarter instructors. Liz received the Circle of Excellence Award in business systems integration from TEGG for her level of accomplishment in setting up the TEGG process
at Knights' Electric.

Liz will soon be training a new person to take her place as TEGG Administrative Assistant while she attends
college. In her absence the new administrative assistant will assume the important role of creating the job reports for customers and following up with Care Calls when the jobs are
completed. |
|
Care Calls are designed to review the TEGG procedures that have been completed at the customer's facility to
ensure that the job has been successfully completed to the customer's satisfaction. "The Care Calls have gone very well since I began doing them," says Liz, "which is a good sign that
TEGG customers have been happy with our service."Even though Liz Ragsdale will be leaving Knights' Electric's TEGG Service to pursue her accounting degree at Sacramento
State she'll be returning from time to time and in the summer to be available to help out when needed. "She's a great back up support for TEGG," says Barbara Ragsdale, CFO at Knights'

WINERIES
Rodney Strong's New Micro Winery

Rodney Strong Vineyards
is currently building a new micro winery within their facility in Windsor. The micro winery consists of 64 stainless steel wine fermenting tanks to produce a new product that is under wraps until it has been officially announced.

The new project is being built in the existing barrel building at the winery after half of the barrels were
moved out to make room for the tanks. Knights' Electric relocated two sets of distribution power panels to exterior walls and had to saw cut the concrete floor for the installation of
the under slab conduit and wire. |

Each of the 64 wine tanks has a temperature control thermostat that
can be controlled from a remote location through computer software.

Knights' Electric also installed power for the glycol chiller and heating systems along with the wine press.
Knights' is installing power, control and data wiring to the tank thermostats. This allows the tanks temperature to be monitored and changed at the tank itself or remotely via a PC.

Knights' Electric built and installed 11 power stanchions
for the micro winery. Six are pump stanchions with two 480-volt outlets and five are mounted at the end of each tank row with four 480-volt outlets to power the portable crush equipment.

Knights' Electric is installing new high bay T5 high-output fluorescent lighting. Each fixture has four lamps.
This type of lighting is being used to retrofit older technology metal halide and the high-pressure sodium high bay fixtures. These new fluorescent fixtures use half the energy with
the same amount of light. PG&E offers a $100 rebate on 4-lampT5 fixtures with a $20 rebate on fixtures with motion sensors.Rodney Strong Vineyards plans to have the
micro winery ready for operation in time for the crush this year. The new product will remain a mystery until the winery releases the information to the public. |

Scott Cameron –
Residential Project Manager
Scott Cameron is the new Residential Project Manager for Knights' Electric, Inc. Cameron has five years of
experience as an electrician and has worked in the commercial and residential departments at Knights' Electric over the past two years. He trained for the position under Matt Sweeney,
former Residential Project Manager for Knights' Electric. |

Cameron has previous residential experience prior to coming to Knights' Electric with an electrical contractor
that specialized in custom home remodeling. He worked with Lutron Graphik Eye lighting control systems and custom lighting installations.Cameron has worked with custom home owners
and has an understanding of their expectations. "Many of them are building a custom home for the first time and they see it as a showplace," says Cameron, "The owners play a bigger
role and there are always changes when it comes to lighting. You have to adapt and be flexible and you have to be patient. You have to do everything in your power to help them get
what they want." Cameron enjoys the challenge of overseeing projects and job costing. He is currently working towards a business degree at Santa Rosa Junior College. Cameron is a
self proclaimed "computer geek" who has built computers and sees that as a benefit in regards to working with Lutron lighting control systems.Cameron is currently working on custom
home projects with Hadley Construction, Inc. and Total Concepts and enjoying his new challenge as residential project manager for Knights' Electric. |
