We promise to provide you with written certification of all services performed by us for you to provide to your insurance, inspection, or accrediting representative(s).
- Electrical Systems Analysis
We promise to discuss any immediate safety or hazard situation with you while we are on-site. As appropriate, we will compile the results of
all predictive and proactive service activities regarding the condition of your electrical devices and/or components and present to you a TEGG
Service Electrical Systems Analysis Report. These recommendations may include replacements, repairs, or solutions that will improve your
electrical system efficiency, reduce your electrical utility costs, improve your safety conditions and minimize your risk of downtime.
- Priority Emergency Service
We promise to do our part to prevent emergency electrical outages and business interruptions. Should the need ever arise for emergency
electrical service, you will be provided Priority Emergency Response, including special protocols on how to reach us on a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week basis.
- CARE Interviews
We promise to seek your ongoing critique through our exclusive TEGG Service Customer Assurance Review and Evaluation (CARE) interviews
to assure your satisfaction and to continually improve our services.
