He has extensive experience in the residential and commercial departments, medium voltage, motor controls and design/build applications. |

As a member of Knights' Electric's TEGG Service team, English estimates electrical system repairs from
information contained in TEGG Service technician's diagnostic reports, which are compiled from detailed electrical system testing
of the customer's facility. English also oversees the repair process as project manager. |

English has recently been working with Stony Point Quarry, Traditional Medicinals, Asti Winery, Beringer
Vineyards and Exchange Bank. His repair estimates have included electrical panels, circuit breakers, contactors, control circuits, automatic transfer switches for generators and
ground fault interrupters.

Michael Saitone, Knights' Electric's TEGG Services Senior Sales Representative, presents the recommended electrical solution and pricing to the customers.

INDUSTRIAL New Power Plant For Pacific Union College

Knights' Electric, Inc.'s commercial/industrial department is completing work on an 8,000 square foot power
plant for Pacific Union College in Angwin, located in Napa County. Knights' Electric is a sub-contractor for Titan Contracting & Leasing Company, Inc., a diverse worldwide mechanical contracting company headquartered in Owensboro, Kentucky, with expertise in power plant construction.

The power plant contains a co-generation system consisting of a combustion turbine generator powered with
natural gas, which heats a boiler with its exhaust. Knights' Electric installed the
motor control center
for the generator and all of the field and control wiring in the power plant. Knights' Electric also installed medium voltage switchgear to handle the 12,000-volt power feed from the generator. High voltage connections and splicing took place between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. in order to not interrupt the power demand of the college during working hours.

At times Knights' Electric had ten to twelve employees onsite to pull wire and cable into position, 'We pulled
heavy 15 KV cable, which is one inch in diameter – a total of 3500 feet, said Freitas, "we have miles of PVC conduit in the under slab. We also installed the wiring and controls for
the water pumps, water decontamination and air scrubber."

Art Knight, Vice President and Commercial/Industrial Manager for Knights' Electric, helped Titan Contracting with the budgeting for this design/build
project. Richard Freitas, Project Manager for Knights' Electric, oversaw the project, and Mike Rose was onsite as the foreman for Knights' Electric. "Art
Knight gave us a fair price and Knights' was good to work with. Mike Rose was a wizard with the electrical layout," said Bill Stone, Project Manager for Titan Contracting.
The power plant provides enough electrical and steam power to operate the entire college. "When the project is completed the college is planning to have students learn how to run and
operate the power plant as part of their curriculum," says Stone. |

RESIDENTIAL Custom A-Frame Is Off The Grid
|

The true definition of a custom home is a one-of-a-kind house that is built with unique personal features the
homeowner has chosen. Knights' Electric Inc.'s residential department works in the custom home market
exclusively often working directly with the homeowner as well as general contractors. A current custom home project that is nearing completion is an owner/builder, 2,000 square foot A-frame home that features solar power. The owners drew the plans and with the help of an architect they created their own custom home.

Knights' Electric worked with the solar power company to interface the solar power system with the electrical
layout for the home. Knights' Electric completed the wiring for the home and the service panel that feeds electrical power to the home from the battery storage area. The entire
electrical system is off the PG&E grid with a gas-powered generator providing back-up power to charge the batteries when needed. |

This A-frame home features an open beam ceiling with a 26-foot ceiling peak in the great room. Three electrical
fixtures stand out in the great room ceiling, a large wagon wheel lighting fixture, which is about six feet in diameter, and two paddle fans. Knights' Electric installed the fixtures,
which were provided by the homeowners. |

Some of the lighting in the home was tricky, as it often is with open beam construction. "The fire sprinkler
system was laid out with exposed copper water pipe attached to the open beams," says Matt Sweeney, Knights' Electric's Residential Project Manager, "So the
owners matched the copper color and painted the exposed conduit, which is also attached to the open beams. It came out looking very nice." |

When you consider the owner drawn plans, features like the big wagon wheel lighting fixture, the copper colored
exposed conduit and the solar energy power source, what you have are some of the elements that reveal the creativity and personality of the home created by the homeowners, which is
the true definition of a custom home. |
